1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make sites work, to improve performance, and to provide information to site owners.
2. How we use them
OmniLister uses a small number of cookies — strictly necessary ones for the application to function, plus lightweight analytics to help us improve the product. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell data to advertisers.
3. Cookie types we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| __session | Keeps you signed in | Session | Strictly necessary |
| firebase-auth.* | Firebase Authentication state | 1 hour | Strictly necessary |
| omnilister_tenant | Remembers active tenant | 30 days | Strictly necessary |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics — aggregated usage metrics | 2 years | Analytics |
4. How to control cookies
Most browsers let you block cookies entirely or manage them per-site. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break the application — you won't be able to sign in. Blocking analytics cookies is fine and won't affect functionality.
